About Crafted at Boone Tavern
Operating since 1909, the Boone Tavern Hotel is Berea's most famous address. The recently remodeled restaurant, now called Crafted at Boone Tavern, offers a creative take on traditional Kentucky and Southern cuisine. The signature spoonbread — a soft, soufflé-like cornbread — is served with nearly every meal and is such a local institution that Berea celebrates it with an entire festival each fall. Reservations are recommended and can be made online via OpenTable or by phone. Breakfast is served daily 7–10 AM, lunch Mon–Fri 11 AM–2 PM, brunch on weekends, and dinner nightly.
Hours and menus change — check with the restaurant before visiting.
